These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", "your") and Cosmic Group ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, products and services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must refrain from using our website and services.

02Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Company" refers to Cosmic Group, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents.
• "Customer" refers to any individual or entity accessing the website or purchasing products.
• "Products" refers to sanitaryware, bath fittings, tiles, pipes, water tanks, AAC blocks and any other items offered for sale.
• "Website" refers to the Cosmic Group online portal and all associated subdomains.
• "Order" refers to a request placed by the Customer to purchase Products.
• "Business Day" refers to any day other than a Sunday or public holiday in Telangana.

03Eligibility & Website Use

To place an order with Cosmic Group, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Provide accurate, current and complete information during enquiry or registration
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe these conditions have been violated.

04Products & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product images, specifications and descriptions. However, please note the following:

• Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and device settings
• Dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly between batches
• Product availability is subject to stock and is confirmed only upon order acceptance
• Brands, models and designs may change without prior notice as manufacturers update their ranges

05Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website or communicated through enquiries are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms

• Retail orders require full payment before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Bulk and project orders are governed by a separate quotation with agreed milestones
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit card, debit card and net banking
• All applicable taxes are borne by the Customer and reflected on the invoice

Price Discrepancies

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or revise any order affected by them, with a full refund where payment has already been made.

06Orders & Cancellation

Order Acceptance

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase. This offer is only accepted once we confirm the order by email, WhatsApp or telephone. Until such confirmation, we reserve the right to decline or modify the order.

Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch
• Once dispatched, cancellation is subject to our Returns Policy (Section 08)
• Custom-manufactured or imported items cannot be cancelled after confirmation

Cancellation by Company

We may cancel an order in circumstances including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days.

07Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of all orders is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key points are summarised below:

• We deliver across all districts of Telangana
• Delivery timelines vary by zone and product category
• Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight and destination
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery and signed acceptance

08Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is structured as follows:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to verification and inspection of returned goods. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

09Product Warranty

Warranty on products sold by Cosmic Group is provided by the respective manufacturers or brands. The following conditions apply:

• Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accident or normal wear
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase (invoice) and are subject to brand approval
• Cosmic Group acts as a facilitator between the Customer and brand for warranty claims
• Warranty periods vary by product and brand — please check the product documentation

10Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photographs, graphics, layouts and code — is the property of Cosmic Group or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any content from this website
• Use our trademarks, trade names or brand logos in any manner
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from our content
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract or mine data from the website

11Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Introduce viruses, malware or any harmful code

• Any false or misleading information provided by you

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

15Amendments & Severability

Amendments

Cosmic Group reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cosmic Group with respect to the subject matter herein.
